PROFILE

Shawn Reid practices in family and dependency court, where he has handled numerous family, dependency, adoption, and complex termination of parental rights cases. Shawn has vigorously represented both mothers and fathers in dissolution of marriage, paternity, child support and dependency matters, most often prevailing in hearings and non-jury trials. Additionally, Shawn has extensive jury trial experience as a former ASA with the State Attorney’s Office for the 18th Judicial Circuit in and for Brevard County, Florida, where he successfully prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanors and felonies, including vehicular homicide and solicitation to commit murder cases.
